Not too bad. 20 past 8 on a Saturday morning. Just about to feed my Dog and 2 Cats and off for a walk and then into town for the weekly shop. Nice and relaxed.

I’m feeling fair. I have a bit of a cold today. 

I feel good. The weather is staying a bit warmer and winter is going away. 

Tomorrow, we’re going to hold a shamanic ceremony to help out our client’s business and property. We’ll do clearing, offer some foods and drinks to the genius loci, and set intentions for success and protection.

The ritual was successfully completed. Although it involved animal sacrifice, it surprisingly didn’t feel very exhausting. Afterwards, we carefully prepared the animal fat and meat by chopping and cooking it so we could offer some and enjoy a feast together.
