So, turns out the universe has a funny way of directly answering these questions. I ran into several situations at work where this process occured naturally! This process works just the same in group dynamics as it does on a personal level, something I already knew could occur, but this newfound evidence shows Kabbalistic law: as above, so below, and as below, so above. I'm going to assume it's not true part of the time, but all of the time!
